Duties include: Available to make deliveries & pickups on short notice Available for weekend & off-hours work as necessary Supervise site crews including: union, non-union, and customer supplied labor Maintain site crew timecards, workday & appropriate break schedules General warehouse maintenance and upkeep Pulling and packing outgoing orders Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and customer vehicles Receiving, checking in, and putting away rental returns Keep accurate paperwork including missing items and non-USR equipment Notify supervisor of missing and damaged gear Maintain basic hardware & standard repair parts supplies Physical upkeep and maintenance of rental equipment This person should have at least two (2) years experience working in the entertainment industry. Duties include general warehouse maintenance and upkeep; pulling and packing outgoing orders; assisting with loading and unloading of trucks and customer vehicles; receiving, checking in, and putting away rental returns; keeping accurate paperwork including missing items and non-USR equipment; notifying sales staff of missing and damaged gear; maintaining basic shop expendables stock such as tape, tie line, Velcro; maintaining shop tools & supplies inventory (paint, oil, etc.); maintaining basic hardware & standard repair parts supplies; physical upkeep and maintenance of rental equipment.
